On February 8-9, 2018 the Anniversary сonference "The Current Status and prospects of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with head and neck tumors. From the Beginning to the Future" was held in Moscow, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the organization of the first in our country department of ENT oncology of the Moscow Scientific Research Institution of Oncology P.A. Herzen, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institute (FSBI) "National Medical Research Center of Radiology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Modern approach to diagnostics, surgical and radiation treatment and also drug therapy of head and neck tumors were considered at the conference. Considerable attention was paid to the actual topic of rehabilitation of patients with head and neck tumors.

On December 13 - 15, 2017 in Kazan, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference on Neurorehabilitation in Neurosurgery was held. The conference was attended by representatives of the leading institutions of the country: the National Medical Research Center for Neurosurgery. acad. N.N. Burdenko of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Moscow), the Russian Scientific Research Neurosurgical Institute. prof. A.L. Polenov - a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution (FSBI) "NMI named after V.A. Almazov "of the Ministry of Health of Russia (St. Petersburg), Scientific Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology of the department of health care. The conference was attended by more than 200 specialists from the regions of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the DPR: neurosurgeons, neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, exercise physicians, functional diagnosticians and etc.
The relevance of neurorehabilitation in adults and children, including neurosurgical vascular pathology, craniocerebral and vertebral-spinal injuries, degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the spine were considered during the conference.
Aleksey Vitalievich Kuzyuberdin (Stavropol) made a presentation on "The effectiveness of kinesiological correction of muscular imbalance in compression neuropathy of lower limbs in combination with operative treatment according to isokinetic dynamometry data" and "The first experience of hardware isokinetic dynamometry in patients with compression radiculopathy at the lumbar level", noting in the reports the advantages of the biomechanical therapeutic-analytical system Humac Norm in the work on neurorehabilitation of patients within the framework of the conference.

The congress covered the issues of neuroreanimatology, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, organ donation, transplantology and regenerative medicine. Experts from Germany, USA, Austria, Great Britain, Sweden, Italy took part in the work of the congress. The event was attended by more than 300 anesthetists, resuscitators, transplant surgeons, neurologists, cardiovascular surgeons, thoracic and abdominal surgeons, pulmonologists, and specialists in cell technologies.
